OUR STORY
Existology was founded in May 2020 by Anisha and Aryamaan as a result of the disillusionment arising from a lack of resources for their own mental health journeys as well as supporting each other through their mental illnesses.
The vast and scattered fragments of information were overwhelming to steer through and often left them confused due to their contradictory nature. On further delving into the issues surrounding the mental healthcare space, they found a severe lack of open discussion about the topic due to the age-old stigmatization of mental health. They were left bewildered at the state of affairs in this matter not just in India but all over the world.
This culminated in the birth of a platform to start essential yet largely overlooked conversations about mental health among all ages. With Existology’s efforts, we ultimately aim to destigmatize mental health in our society by creating changes in an individual's direct and indirect environment.

ANISHA GUPTA
Co-Founder
Anisha is a undergraduate student studying business with a minor in psychology. Through Existology, she aims to destigmatize mental health in the society and provide support to those battling mental illnesses. She had the idea to form Existology while fighting her own battle with Mental Illness. She was deeply troubled by how mental health is treated in our society and wants to do her part to bring about a change!
ARYAMAAN JENA
Co-Founder
Aryamaan is a data science undergraduate student with a keen interest in mathematics, football, and mental health awareness. Through Existology, he aims to make changes in how mental health is treated at a fundamental level especially in education systems like schools. The central purpose of Existology drives his conviction to cultivate an environment of collaborative support and understanding of mental illnesses among all.
